Membership requirements are: 1) be a resident of the City of Monroe or Monroe Charter Township, or 2) be employed within the City limits, or 3) be a MCCC student, or 4) be employed at Monroe County Library System, Monroe County ISD, or Monroe Public Schools. Dues are $10 for an individual and $100 for an organization. Members can cablecast programs, serve on the MPACT Board, and vote at the annual meeting.
