Lynxspring, founded in 2001, is a leading technology company addressing building automation control requirements with a focus on interoperability. Lynxspring manufactures and distributes web-enabled, open protocol control solutions to fit the simplest to the most complex criteria building owners expect in today's market. Using Tridium's web-based NiagaraAX software in an embedded platform, Lynxspring provides normalized interoperability with standard and open protocols, and many legacy systems. Lynxspring believes that the intelligent use of both unique and third-party software products can increase quality assurance, productivity and repeatability in any market that uses an integrated approach in design, development and deployment of products and services.

JENEsys™ capabilities and communication options make it an ideal solution for our three building automation vertical markets: OEM, National Accounts and System Integration.

The OEM market consists of mechanical and electrical manufacturers providing factory supported controls. Manufacturers are seeking cost efficiencies, problem avoidance and additional service functions.

National Accounts are large chain stores and restaurants seeking cost effective solutions to better control their facilities. The decision to automate is driven by rising energy costs, governmental mandates for energy efficiencies and managements' requirement to take advantage of existing broadband connectivity originally installed for point-of-sale accounting systems. Payback is critical for these savvy and high volume users.

Lynxspring Business Partners (LBP) work with their customers that run the full range of building owners to provide web-based, interoperable controls solutions for small buildings, large facilities and campus environments. These system integrators seek to improve their profitability and their company's value through lower cost products, better use of personnel and penetration into new markets. The LBP program charter is to create a network of sophisticated system integrators that use the JENEsys™ product suite for applications and integration projects.
