PROFESSIONAL BIOGRAPHY OF

JOSEPH A. FERRUCCI

Born in New Haven, Connecticut, Joseph A. Ferrucci graduated with High Honors from California State University, Fullerton in 1993. There, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration (accounting concentration) and was inducted into the National Honor Society of Business Schools, which is reserved for students who graduate in the top 2% of their class.

Mr. Ferrucci was an academic scholar at Pepperdine University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1996. While attending law school, he worked as a law clerk in the litigation department of Litton Industries, Inc.'s corporate headquarters. At Litton Industries, Inc., he gained extensive experience in employment and anti-trust litigation matters.

Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Ferrucci served as a judicial extern in the Law and Motion Department of the Northwest District of the Los Angeles Superior Court before joining the firm of Kinkle, Rodiger & Spriggs in their Los Angeles office. At Kinkle, Rodiger & Spriggs, he handled complex business and construction defect litigation, in addition to personal injury matters. In 1997, he joined the firm of Hager & Dowling, which was formed by two former partners of Kinkle, Rodiger & Spriggs. At Hager & Dowling, he handled a variety of complex litigation matters, including business, construction defect, insurance coverage and bad-faith litigation, as well as personal injury matters.

Mr. Ferrucci joined the law firm of Kring & Brown in April, 1999. While at Kring & Brown, he handled a variety of complex litigation matters, including construction, business and employment litigation, as well as post-judgment collection matters. At the same time, Mr. Ferrucci provided legal services and counseling regarding various corporate and real estate transactions to local businesses, contractors and investors.

In January, 2003, Mr. Ferrucci formed his own firm, offering legal services in business, real estate, and construction-related transactions and litigation. He is general counsel for several Southern California builders, contractors, real estate investors and businesses. He is also a licensed real estate broker.

Mr. Ferrucci has published several articles in both local and national trade association publications and business journals on construction and business issues.

Mr. Ferrucci is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Southern California Contractors Association, and is listed in America’s Registry of Outstanding Professionals, a distinction reserved for professionals that have demonstrated superior competence, integrity and leadership in their respective professions.
