Classic Swedish Massage
- Traditionally done with oil or lotion and your choice of essential oil. This massage uses a variety of kneading, gliding, long and percussion strokes. This full body massage promotes increased circulation and helps you achieve relaxation with an overall sense of well being.

Deep Tissue Massage
- Using Swedish massage techniques, the goal of deep tissue massage is to decrease spasms, taught muscles, restore flexibility, and increase range of motion. It is also used to relieve pain caused by toxicity, trigger points (tender knots in the body), and contracted muscle tissue.

Pre/Post Natal Massage
- This type of massage is specialized for women during and shortly after pregnancy. The focus of this bodywork is to relax the mother (Not recommended for those in first trimester).

Sports Massage
- Sports massage incorporates compression, therapeutic stretching and cross fiber friction. It is used to decrease spasms, taught muscles, restore flexibility, and increase range of motion. It is also used to address issues caused by athletic training.

Hot Stone Massage
- A deeply soothing treatment using heated basalt stones and aromatic oils to smooth out tight muscles, increasing blood flow and promotes healing relaxation. Heated stones are also placed on specific points along the spine, in the palms of hands, and even in between toes to improves the flow of energy in your body.

Seated Chair Massage
- Provided in the salon or privately. Choose the amount of time and focus point (head, hands, shoulders, or feet). Enjoy this treat while having a salon service!

- $1 per minute (20 minute max.)
