We also carry exclusive Glymed products for your ultimate skin care needs, and Pure Colors mineral makeup for a sheer all day wear. We did'nt forget about your body! We now carry Time Labratories Essential Oils for ultimate relaxation and muscle fatigue, as well as Pure Inventions Dietary Supplements for a healthy immune system function. We get the latest scents of Hempz in lotions and lip care. Hair
Studio 145 takes great pride in the industry! The team attends an international spa conference each year to keep up with the trends, tools, and latest products to bring back to the Pocatello area. The team also attends local classes as well as in salon training to take their skills and techniques to the next level.

We pride ourselves on using the newest innovative tools. Enjoy our ColorLock technology to seal the cuticle after your color, and notice the difference a few extra minutes with the experts can make. Global Keratin Taming treatment is a fabulous services for natural curly hair to defrizz, or straighten, leaving your hair shiny and manageable.

Nails
From white tip gel toes and pedicures to gel, acrylic, and fiberglass nails and manicures, Studio 145 Salon & Spa has it all. Add paraffin for an extra moisturizing kick and enjoy the smooth skin and polished nails you knew were there. Don't want to commit to artificial nails? Enjoy our relaxing manicures and pedicures packed with scents to take you to another place. And our newest service Shellac, a permanent polish for natural nails and toes that lasts 14 days!

Artificial Nails: $45-$50 clear acrylic or fiberglass new set, $50- $65 custom colored or pink and white new set, $35-$50 pink and white fill, $30-$32 fiberglass, pink, or clear fill.

Paraffin Treatment: $15 ea hands or feet

Body
We have massage and facials, steams, body wraps, spray on tans, and hair removal. Looking for permanent cosmetics or other ways to enhance your beauty? We can help you. If you have a skin care need, we have just the service for you. We sell Glymed and other skin care products, as well as clothing, jewelry, makeup, and lotions.
Massage: $55 1 hour
$120 couples 1 hour massage, includes sparkling cider or champagne.
Bamboo Fusion Massage: $45 30min/$65 1 hour/$90 90 min.
Massage Extras: $15-$45 steam & steam treatments/$25 sugar, salt scrub/$50 body wrap. *check out our steam treatment page for more details.
Spray on Tan: $25 whole body (price varies with area: legs, face, etc.)
Facials: $60 1 hr deluxe/$65 hydrating/$55 men's/$45 acne
