TavernWick Candle Co. came about one night when I was making candles for my other Etsy shop, Sarah's Roots and Wings, while drinking a delicious Michigan craft beer. Now, many of my friends are craft beer enthusiasts, like myself, and many of them also enjoy lighting candles in their home. So I thought, "why not combine these two things that I love?!" Living in Grand Rapids, which has recently been dubbed "Beer City USA", I decided to take the leap and the rest is history! Scents will change with seasons and eventually I'd love to sell candles to local bars, breweries, and taverns, to go along with whatever they have on tap at the time!
