Charlie Fox of St. Charles is a Chicago suburban pizzeria that opened its doors in 2003. It has now gained recognition for “Best Pizza” and we aren’t stopping there. We have expanded to a full service restaurant that features fresh salad entrees, premium sandwiches, gourmet burgers, homemade pastas, and as our award winning pizza.
So what’s our secret to our award winning pizza? Charlie Fox uses old-fashioned ovens dating back to the 1920s. They were originally crafted for bakeries, but were soon transformed to the pizza oven we know and love today! We also use a unique blend of 100% Wisconsin cheese. This blend of four cheeses topped with our Italian seasonings is mouth watering and a pleasure to taste! And last but not least, Charlie Fox uses a made-from-scratch pizza dough recipe that has been perfected over the past 20 years. Now that’s good pizza!
