Our doctors have extensive training and are Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. Furthermore, our office team members are specially trained to comfort patients suffering from sensitive painful conditions. PS&R is equipped to treat a wide array of painful conditions in a comprehensive and well-balanced way. Our team provides several treatment options including prescription medications, physical therapy, durable medical equipment and other modalities, in addition to peripheral nerve, muscle and joint injections for increased effectiveness. Furthermore, our pain specialist performs the full range of fluoroscopically-guided (x-ray guided) spinal injections, as well as spinal cord stimulator (neurostimulator) trials. We are experts in specialized diagnostic testing such as electromyography and nerve conduction studies (EMG/NCS) as well as musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSK-US).

All of our treatments can be done in the office, very conveniently located and accessible from the Gaithersburg and surrounding areas. We utilize only the safest techniques and medications to minimize any risk to your health. Everything that is recommended or prescribed to you will be explained to you in detail, and you will have ample opportunity to ask the clinical staff about your treatment options.
