Our residential programs include the week-long Way to Health and Way to Health Plus where you will learn how to attain optimum health via lectures, cooking demos and hands-on cooking classes. The MINI Way to Health program is a weekend macrobiotic primer.
Kushi's month-long Macrobiotic Leadership Programs are intended to support individuals who want to deepen their understanding of macrobiotics as well as train future macrobiotic teachers, counselors and chefs.
In addition to its core programs, the Kushi Institute hosts an annual Summer Conference which offers workshops with leading macrobiotic teachers, counselors and chefs from around the world. In addition, special programs and events are listed on our website. Personal retreats are also available.
