Odyssey House of Utah provides life-changing substance abuse and mental health services to adolescents, adults, and families in need. Of the 2,300 community members we treat annually, 91 percent are low-income, and nearly all are struggling with mental illness. It is our mission to help these clients reclaim their lives through effective substance abuse treatment, prevention, and mental health services.
Odyssey House’s success is rooted in an agency-wide commitment to treating individuals and families, not just their addictions. Our programs are evidence-based, peer-driven, and designed to combat the self-destructive behaviors that perpetuate substance abuse. A strong emphasis is also placed on education and vocational training, so that when our clients are ready to leave treatment, they have the knowledge and skills to stay sober, start a career, and become contributing members of the community.
