One of our award-winning Designers will sit with you and take the time necessary to understand all your needs, ideas, and dreams. We will develop a unique plan that takes into consideration what will best suite your lifestyle and personal tastes, as well as the aesthetics of your home. We will measure your existing space and create a scaled floor plan. Through our experience and expertise, we will then map out a design direction that is the best use of space, makes the most sense, and captures your dreams.

At the New Dimensions Showroom, we will review all the building products necessary to create your renovation. We will explore and select custom cabinetry, countertops, tile, appliances, plumbing fixtures, windows & doors, exterior & interior trim, roofing, siding, and anything else you may need to make your dream design a reality.

With the design that has been created for you and a specific timeline given, we can then calculate the firm cost of your renovation project. We will outline and itemize all stages of construction, (from demolition to completion), list all the necessary materials, (from floor joists to siding), review with you the full specifications for your project, and sign a contractual agreement.

Our production team (project manager, architect, and designer) will organize an in-depth measure at your home. They will scale the full space and create a set of architectural drawings. Your project manager will carefully review all work to be constructed and inspect all existing conditions ensuring that your project will run smoothly without any unnecessary delays. Our architect will file plans and applications in order to obtain all the required approvals and building Production Staff will then put together a complete package for your renovation. They will carefully footprint a timeline, order materials, schedule your carpentry crew and all trades necessary for your project. A start date will be confirmed and work will commence.

At New Dimensions Remodeling our only interest in the construction industry is residential remodeling. We have found that all construction experiences are not the same. When working in someone's home, care and understanding are required to minimize or eliminate routine daily problems during a renovation. These personal considerations are far removed from the approach taken with a commercial project or new home construction. Special craftsmen are required for home remodeling. We have selected each and every employee based on his or her background in residential remodeling. Our Field Crew is a combination of the finest craftsmen from their related areas. Our Carpenters are uniformed New Dimensions employees who have been trained to understand the sensitivities that are associated with working in someone's home. They must follow an additional set of rules that we have established:

-They will Start each day at 7:45am and finish at 4:30pm.
-They will use drop cloths, carpet & stair protectors, and seal off non-related work areas.
-They will be respectful and considerate to your family.
-They will clean and maintain the premises daily.

Our Project Managers take a "hands on" approach that assures the quality and efficiency required to meet our company's high standards. They will maintain constant communication throughout the construction process and keep you informed and aware every step of the way. They will know your job as well as you do. They will set weekly appointments to review. They oversee all aspects of your construction to ensure that your job runs smoothly and efficiently.
