(MAI) is a 17 year-old Architectural/Engineering firm with a design staff of civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, master-planning, architectural/interior design personnel and facilities assessment experts. Our projects include public, private and corporate clientele and range from residential projects to complex institutional commissions to innovative retail designs for large-scale commercial projects. MAI is incorporated in the State of Maryland and registered with the State Board of Architects. MAI is also incorporated in various other states as a foreign corporation as well as with various other State Boards of Architects. We are a certified MBE/SDBE firm with several State and local municipalities/agencies including MDOT, VDOT and PENNDOT, MWAA and WMATA as well as having our SWaM certification in Virginia.
