Deaf Plus Adult Community has been hosting social activities for adults who are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind and have developmental disabilities since 2007. It is expanding to include a center based adult day program for the same group of people. The developmental delays may be a variety of things - autism, behavior challenges, cerebral palsy, mental health issues and more.
