B/CS Allergy & Asthma is a full-service pediatric and adult allergy/immunology practice founded by Ganesh Shanmugam, MD.

Statement from Dr. Shanmugam:
"I grew up in the Bryan-College Station area and am excited to be back to start my own allergy practice and serve in the community. I attended Texas A&M University (Class of '01) and graduated from the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine. I completed my residency and Allergy/Immunology fellowship at UT Southwestern in Dallas.

After four years of private practice in Houston with a large group practice, my wife and I decided we wanted to be closer to family and in a smaller community to raise our family, so what better place than B/CS! Owning my own practice also gives me the flexibility to run the practice in a way that focuses completely on patient care while also managing patient costs. This is especially important in today's constantly changing medical practice environment.

My goal as your doctor is to listen closely to your concerns and symptoms and create an individualized treatment plan for each patient. My staff and I would be honored if you would entrust the needs of you and your family with us."

Accepting new patients for the treatment of:
-Nasal and Eye Allergies/ Hay Fever (allergy skin testing, allergy shots, and allergy drops)
-Asthma (breathing tests done in the office)
-Hives
-Food Allergy (food allergy testing)
-Eczema/Atopic Dermatitis
-Contact Dermatitis (patch skin testing)
-Drug Allergy (penicillin skin testing)
-Sinus Disease
-Primary Immunodeficiency
-Other Allergic Disorders

We are open Monday-Friday (open late on Tuesdays) and the 2nd Saturday of every month for your convenience.
