Wall Street Veteran Joins Allen Trust Company PORTLAND, OR (September 20, 2017) – Allen Trust Company/Allen Capital Management are pleased to announce the addition of Julio Cesar Quinteros, Jr. as a Portfolio Manager. In this role, Mr. Quinteros is responsible for performing investment research and analysis, providing client service and assisting in all aspects of managing client portfolios. Julio is an experienced finance professional with a career that spans nearly 20 years in Equity Research, the majority of which was with global investment bank Goldman Sachs. More recently, he worked in a private equity investment capacity. “He brings a broad range of expertise in equity research and financial analysis. I expect that his contributions and collaboration with our Senior Portfolio Manager Julie Bryan will yield immediate value for our clients,” said Stuart B. Allen, President & CEO of Allen Trust Company. Before joining Allen Trust Company, Mr. Quinteros was a Senior Vice President responsible for strategy and corporate development at Opus. His key areas of focus included competitive analysis, company specific merger and acquisition sourcing, due diligence, financial analysis and other related corporate initiatives. Previously, his career included a 17-year period as a Wall Street equity research analyst where he started at Credit Suisse, followed by 15-years at global investment bank Goldman Sachs. As a senior equity analyst, he led the IT Services equity research effort at Goldman Sachs where his coverage included a diverse set of enterprise facing companies including consulting, outsourcing and financial technology models. During his tenure at Goldman, Julio ranked as the top stock Internet and Computer Services stock picker in the 2006 Wall Street Journal Annual Analyst Ranking survey and placed among the top stock pickers in his sector in 2009 and 2012. Mr. Quinteros holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
