Hammerschmidt Construction, Inc. is a Design+ Build residential remodeling firm providing innovative design and remodeling services to homeowners in the Silicon Valley and surrounding communities. Founded in 1996, we are dedicated to creating value for our customers by providing creative design solutions, accurate fixed-price quotations, innovative project management, and exemplary service and warranty support.

Our design team excels at finding ways to maximize the flow and function of customers’ homes and in designing additions and whole house remodels that enhance their beauty and value. Our job sizes range from a single door or window replacement to whole house remodels. We use a combination of our own personnel and subcontractors, dependant on the job requirements, to assure a high quality result produced in the most cost-effective and timely manner. A Hammerschmidt Construction Project Manager supervises the project on site at all times.

As one of the area’s first Certified Green Builders, we employ green building principles to enhance the beauty, comfort and convenience of each home we remodel. We are also EPA certified in Lead Abatement.

Our business associations include: The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), Build-it-Green, Better Business Bureau,and the Los Altos Chamber of Commerce.
