Tim Howard has been offering clients first-class security protection services since establishing Executive Protection Agencies, LLC (EPA Security) in 2001, one of only a few African-American owned security companies in the nation. Originating with a staff of only two security professionals and zero clients, the Atlanta-based company quickly grew into the go-to agency for security protection by consistently providing great service. Howard now manages a staff of over 100 security professionals and dozens of recurring and new clients. As Chief Executive Officer of EPA, Howard oversees the daily operations of the business and has continued to add additional service offerings to the company’s roster in order to build a one-stop shop for all security needs. From self-defense to personal protection, EPA now provides protection products and services for homes and businesses, special events, government agencies, families and individuals, corporate executives and many high profile entertainers and athletes.

In 2007, Howard grew the Company by conceptualizing and managing the addition of a Security Academy, the first of its kind in Georgia, Howard team up with International Academy of Executive Protection Agents (IAEPA) and Law Enforcement & Security Specialist Private Training which provides education and training to its participants who desire to become a part of the multi-billion dollar security protection industry. In 2010, Howard facilitated the company’s business market expansion by establishing an office in Southern California & Miami, Florida office. EPA’s first Miami project was providing security for various Superbowl XLIV events and celebrities.
