Operation Splash is a 100% volunteer organization. Splash stands for Stop Polluting, Littering, And Save Harbors. We are based in Freeport, NY, with several chapters in the surrounding area. We go out on boats and clean up the bays, marinas, marshes, etc. We remove garbage and other debris that doesn't belong there. If it doesn't come from the water, it doesn't belong in the water.
