About Dr. Spurgin
Dr. Spurgin has served as President of the La Quinta Chamber of Commerce; he has also served on the board for the La Quinta Rotary, and has been a volunteer instructor with the American Red Cross.
He has had several articles published in the Health section of the Desert Sun, has done back injury prevention seminars for local employers, and has lectured at local community centers.
Dr. Spurgin received his bachelor's degree from the University of California and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Southern California University of Health Sciences. He graduated summa cum laude, class saludictorian, and is a member of the Delta Sigma Honorary Scholastic Society of the Healing Arts.
Dr. Spurgin has received specialized training in treating golf injuries and injuries suffered at work.
