In 1985, Doug Baker, the founder of Car Connection Ohio was introduced by his father, Frank to the concept of late model auto rebuilding.
Over the next 2 years, Doug rebuilt 13 vehicles for resale. Following graduation from Miami Oxford in 1991 other pursuits were followed until 1997 when Doug began rebuilding again. From 1997 until 2000 in conjunction with family, over 40 vehicles were rebuilt. At this point in early 2000, Doug decided to look for a lot for resale.
By early 2001 he had purchased a lot at 2900 Oxford State Rd. to set up business. Car Connection Ohio offers car rebuilders reasonable prices on late model vehicles and stocks parts vehicles , engines, transmissions, airbags, etc.
