Private Spinning Studio:
Rise to the challenge of being fit and healthy in our private spin studio is set up with 25 bikes, surrounded by special walls created to enhance the sound of the music. Men and women of all ages enjoy the spinning is unique cardio workout that burns fat and builds endurance- regardless of your age or level of ability. You will enjoy one of the smoothest, most comprehensive cardio workouts available on a fully adjustable stationary bicycle that integrates all the features of a high-performance racing bike.

Private Weight Training Studio:
Take your fitness to the next level in our private fitness training studio. Achieve new levels of intensity in your work outs with simple, time efficient weight training programs that involve a variety of increased performance movements - age specific and injury free concentration. Tina continued her education and studied Sports Nutrition and other health and Fitness is qualified and able to help people with Cholesterol issues - High blood pressure, Diabetes and many others health related facilities.
