Mt Calvary Lutheran Church

Welcome to Mt. Calvary ! We are pleased and excited you found us. In the Bible, in Matthew 25:35b (NIV), Jesus tells us “I was a stranger and you invited me in.” We invite you in to worship with us and learn more about God’s amazing forgiveness, grace and love.

We are an LCMS member church, with services on Sunday mornings at 9:00 AM, followed by Bible classes and Sunday School at 10:15 AM.

Whether you are in the La Grange area visiting for just a weekend, you’ve recently moved into town and don’t know many people yet, or you’ve lived here all your life, Mt. Calvary welcomes you. We are a congregation of sinners, forgiven and redeemed by Christ’s death and resurrection. We share the story of how this happens every Sunday through special music, hymns and songs, Bible and responsive readings, a sermon, and fellowship with each other. We all have questions, and want to learn more about the special journey God has for each and every one of us, and we would love to have you join us so we can learn about this journey for Christ together.
