Treesdale Community Center

Treesdale is Western Pennsylvania's premier community, located on 1,400 rolling acres just north of Pittsburgh. Our Master Planned community offers amenities of all types to satisfy our most active residents. The cornerstone of the community is the challenging 27-hole golf course. This Arnold Palmer designed golf course at Treesdale Golf and Country Club is also part of Club Corp International. The course meanders throughout the community, providing a challenge for golfers as well as a scenic backdrop to 1,000 home sites.

Treesdale offers a variety of home choices, ranging from entry level to custom homes and estate homes to over $1,000,000. In addition, Treesdale offers five maintenance free home options to meet the needs of our varied resident lifestyles.

The center of our community is The Commons, a place for families to gather with friends to enjoy dozens of activities. Commuting is simple from Treesdale, located just minutes from Interstate 79 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Downtown Pittsburgh is just 25 minutes away and our northern location makes regional travel convenient. Local shopping and services are located just minutes away in either Cranberry Township, Wexford, or Mars.
