S and W Wholesale Foods LLC

Frank J. Spalitta and Richard Willams established S & W in 1978. The business started small with the warehouse, coolers, freezers and office space totaling only 5,000 square feet. Initially the product line consisted of meats, such as hams, sausage and ground beef. The product line grew and by the end of the first year, S & W had established a customer base of approximately 50 and delivered only in Tangipahoa parish.

In the following years, the company's growth multiplied thanks to the commitment of our vendors to help us grow. In 1985, Frank and Rosemary's son, Paul joined the company, adding his expertise and determination to strengthen the company even further. Because of this rapid growth, it was necessary for S&W to expand its facilities seven times. In early 2006, Frank and Rosemary retired passing the business onto their son Paul and his wife, Tiffany, who are dedicated to the continued development of the company.

Today, S&W's warehouse, coolers, freezers and office space now totals almost 100,000 square feet and their customer base now encompasses several surrounding parishes. Although the company has changed and grown overtime, they continue to follow the same put customers first!
