Hey, how are ya doing? Thanks for stopping by. If you haven't had the chance to stop in our shop and experience Chiappetta Shoes I'd like to give you a little idea of who we are. It may sound cheesy but we like to say we are "old school" in our approach to helping our customers. Nowadays, it's near impossible to get a sales associate to look at you, let alone give consumers real advice on what works, what is "in", or in many cases, what one needs. We take the time to sit down with every customer and have a real life discussion on one's needs or wants and take the situation from there. Here's a great question for you: when is the last time you have been accurately measured for your foot size? It's funny when a new customer comes in; we sit them down and measure them up. A good 75% of the time they have no idea what actual size they are! It's appalling that a retailer will charge $700 for a pair of Jimmy Choo's and yet never really give you the down low on what makes a shoe special other than its perceived value.
Since we offer the best possible customer service, Chiappetta Shoes employs two Certified Pedorthists. Going back to the whole "old school" idea, you can think of a Certified Pedorthist as a cobbler. We offer a wide range of customization for all footwear. If your dogs are hurting you, we can help. As Pedorthists, we make custom inserts, commonly known as orthotics, and many other custom products for all footwear. If there's a will, there's a way, and we've got plenty of will to go around.
Chiappetta Shoes is not tied down to any specific brands; we simply look for what works for you! Feel free to stop by and check out what’s new for seasonal products, give advice on what brands you like, or anything else that you have on your mind. Being in business since 1921, we have had the lovely opportunity to get to know our community on a very personal basis and we are looking to extend that globally.
