Mrs Willeford will be missed by many. She was a true Southern lady who never met a stranger. She was a very important mentor in the lives of many as a Teacher, always took the time to be a friend a friend would like to have. To her family, friends, you are in our prayers, she was a genuine treasure.
Nola Tinsley Willeford, age 92 of Adairville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, March 23, 2017 at Hospice of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She was a Logan County native born March 13, 1925 to the late Tuck Tinsley and Nola Belle Wilkey Tinsley. She was a graduate of Western Kentucky University where she received her Bachelors Degree and Vanderbilt University where she received her Masters Degree. She taught school for 36 years in Arkansas, Georgia, California and Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Ruthven Willeford.
She is survived by:

A Celebration of Life for Nola Tinsley Willeford will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Josh Willeford officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00 noon until the service time of 2:00 pm.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the Red River Meeting House or Hospice of Southern Kentucky. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
