Whispering Winds is the only camp of its kind in Southern California and is open to people of all faiths. Our facility is a refuge nestled in the Cuyamaca Mountains in the scenic Cleveland National Forest, five miles south of the historic town of Julian - about an hour drive from San Diego. It is the perfect place to provide a camping experience and retreat venue to children, youth groups, schools, adults, families, and businesses.
