We are a Full service welding and fabrication shop specializing in tig, mig, stick, and gas welding, working with stainless steel, steel, chromoly, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, magnesium, and cast materials per quality. We will design and build anything you can dream up ranging from custom gates, ornamental iron and hand forgings, marine repair and fab, computer controlled valet parking system enclosures, benches, mailboxes, fuel tanks, and CNC plasma production and artwork.
We also build mild to wild offroad accesories designed to last in snow, mud, rocks, baja, including custom bumpers, rock sliders, nerf bars, sport bars, axles, driveshafts, shackles, custom suspension setups, custom headers and exhaust, turbocharger/supercharger plumbing, custom intake manifolds, bellhousing modifications, transfer case modifications, fuel cell design of any shape and size. We have a broad spectrum of metal working equipment including a 250 ton press, 2 manual sheet metal brakes and 2 power brakes for most forming styles and pan/finger options, 5'x10' CNC plasma table, two manual lathes, verticle milling machine, a total of 12 welding machines, Ercolina rotary draw gear driven tubing and pipe bender, PBM roll former and tubing roller, tubing/pipe notcher, several hawsefeld style benders, scroll benders, flared hole sheet metal punches, a 50 ton Edwards ironworker, 2 carbide teeth cold saws, 48" x 36" media blasting cabinet and sandblast unit, 3 drill presses, a well stocked material inventory, and a complete mobile welding and service truck.
