Lot of news coverage these days on lead testing. We have special instructions for the collection of lead in drinking water and the cost is only $23.00 per sample. Please contact our office if this is something you may be interested in.

Avocet will be open bright and early on Presidents Day 2/15/2016. We will be accepting samples between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm. Its a great day for private well owners to get their water tested. Happy Friday!

Applying for a building permit in Whatcom County? Come to our office to fulfill the water testing requirements. You will need to complete a Bacteriological Test and the Whatcom County Primary. The cost for both is $200. Stop by our office to get sample bottles today!

Coming in April 2016! There will be changes to testing requirements following a coliform positive routine sample. This change will effect water associations that collect one routine sample a month. Following a coliform positive routine sample water associations will now collect 3 repeat samples, not 4. Also, in the month after a coliform positive sample you are only required to collect your normal amount of samples instead of 5. Looking forward to spring!
