Over the years, we have provided quality service to thousands of homeowners in Oregon and California. We specialize in multiple types of roofing systems including composition shingles, clay and concrete tile, metal, as well as single-ply PVC and TPO for low-slope applications.

We maintain our worker’s compensation and general liability insurance, allowing us to protect our customers, ourselves, and our employees should an incident occur on a job site.

McMurray and Sons, Inc. has qualified for, and partnered with, GAF, North America’s largest roofing manufacturer, making McMurray and Sons, Inc. a Master Elite Certified GAF Installer. We maintain our certification status with a clean record, continuously monitored by GAF and remaining consistent with our license and insurances, as well as passing manufacturer installation test and inspections.

McMurray and Sons, Inc. is the only Master Elite contractor in Curry and Del Norte Counties, and retains the right to offer our customers warranties unmatched by our competition and other shingle manufacturers. McMurray and Sons Inc., through GAF, offers up to a 25 year workmanship warranty. If for any reason your roof fails due to our installation procedure, we will return to fix the failing portion of the roof at no cost during the duration of your workmanship warranty.

Our “Master Elite” status enables us to install a wide range of warranties. Of these, the best is the “Golden Pledge Warranty” with 50 years of non-prorated coverage on the entire system with a 25 year workmanship warranty. Compared to a standard shingle warranty, you receive an additional 40 years of non-prorated coverage on materials and 15 additional years of workmanship coverage.

This warranty is unrivaled in the roofing industry. The standard limited lifetime warranty that is provided by all manufacturers offers only a 10 year non-prorated warranty for the cost of labor to install and the cost of the shingles only. As a GAF certified contractor, we will include the GAF Golden Pledge warranty. This warranty offers a 50 year non-prorated, full coverage warranty for the cost of labor to install, tear-off, disposal and the cost to replace the roof system.

This warranty is a transferable and will increase the value of the home should you decide to move. The warranty will remain in effect should McMurray and Sons, Inc. remain in business or not, and/or should GAF remain in business or not. Good Housekeeping validates the Golden Pledge Warranty. Once our work is completed, a certified GAF inspector will randomly select roofs completed by us to inspect our installation with a 40 point check list in order to make sure your new roof is installed according to manufacturer standards.

GAF offers a Roofs for Troops program that provides a $250 rebate to all active military, veterans, and retirees. GAF has also maintained the Good Housekeeping seal of approval for consecutive years and is the winner of the Women’s Choice Award the last 4 years running. We offer a quick and easy financing program to make paying for your roof more manageable and less stressful.
