We offer in-house personalization services for most leather goods whether purchased from us or purchased elsewhere and brought into the store. Lewis is our in-house monogrammer and debosser and he can personalize all your leather items; from simple one item monograms to custom made-to-order logos for corporate gifts, hobby enthusiasts, or budding entrepreneurs that do not want to or have the means to invest in all of the large, specialty equipment.
We offer a wide variety of repair services and we are an authorized repair center for Victorinox, Travelpro, Briggs & Riley, Johnston & Murphy, Delsey, and Antler. We also do repairs on the majority of luggage brands, including Hartmann, and Samsonite. We repair musical instrument cases, purses, and golf bags.
For those bags that have seen better days and are ready for retirement we gladly accept donations that if usable go to a local Women's shelter, or if not they are donated to the USDA for agricultural customs dog training.
