Texas Panhandle Centers, a locally-controlled, non-profit 501c3 organization, helps people help themselves. We are governed by a local Board of Trustees representing the upper 21 counties of the Texas Panhandle. The people that we serve are individuals with severe mental illness, intellectual disabilities and children with developmental delays. Clients and staff decide together on individual plans of care that can include a wide array of available services such as assessment, case management, medication and a variety of other treatment and support services.
Clients are given the tools and skills to develop resiliency and assist in their own recovery. Texas Panhandle Centers treatment programs focus on supporting people in attaining their highest level of functioning so that they can live independently.
A sliding fee scale is offered. Insurance, Medicaid and Medicare are also accepted.
