We offer the following cleaning services:


Basic Services:
- Vacuum, micro, wash all floors
- Vacuum furniture
- Clean entry glass
- Thoroughly clean bathrooms
- Thoroughly clean kitchen (includes outside of all appliances and inside of microwave)
- Dusting, furniture only

Additional services:
- Dusting (includes window ledges, blinds, wall hangings, outlet plates, light switches, wood trim, doors, fans, and light fixtures, outside of kitchen cupboards)
- Load dishwasher
- Pick up and straighten
- Remove cobwebs and trash
- Strip and remake beds
- Window cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Carpet shampooing

Consultations:
The best way to find out if Kayla’s Custom Cleaning, LLC is right for you is to set up a consultation. Consultations are always free. In the consultation we will do the following:
- Take a tour
- Talk about your cleaning service needs
- Address your questions and concerns
- Review our services
- Customize your service
- Discuss scheduling options and pricing
- Deciding to have your home or office cleaned can be a big decision. If you are not ready to set an appointment at the end of the consultation, please take as much time as needed in making the right decision for you.

Supplies:
Kayla's Custom Cleaning, LLC brings all of the cleaning supplies so you don't have to worry about stocking up before your appointment. The only items that you need to supply are vacuum cleaners, vacuum bags and specialty cleaning products.

Pricing:
Services based on a $40 per hour per person flat rate for 3 hours or more.

1 hour at $50.
2 hours and up at $40 per hour

One time cleanings are $50 per hour.

To ensure that you are paying only as much as you want to, we ask you to set the service hours you are comfortable paying for. You can adjust the service hours at any time. Our primary focus will be on the services you feel are most important.

Payment:
Kayla's Custom Cleaning, LLC accepts cash or check. *Payment is due in full at the time of service and should be left on the kitchen table or counter top on your appointment day. If you forget to leave the payment, your home will be cleaned, and you will be billed a $5 service fee. If payment is not current on two consecutive visits, your home will not be cleaned until your account is current.

There is a $25 fee for any returned check.

We are committed to providing you with quality, detail-oriented and customized services. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, simply call and your concerns will be resolved quickly.

Insured:
Sometimes accidents happen. To give you peace of mind, Kayla's Custom Cleaning, LLC is insured. If there are items in your home that have great sentimental value, please place those items in a safe place prior to your appointment.
