So don’t be alarmed when an inspection report reveals a number of issues. Comprehending the issues and understanding how they will affect you is the key to making an informed assess-ment.

This not only gives you an opportunity to see your future home or investment for another time but a hands on experience is the best way to understand. If you can’t attend the inspection don’t worry, I under-stand how busy life can be and that’s why I go beyond the industry standards providing you with a friendly and thorough inspection and a comprehensive written report with narrative descriptions of the issues, photos and illustrations.

I offer 7 day a week service with a typical 24 hour turn around on your electronic report; hard copy reports are also available but require additional time for delivery and expense. I’ll be there for you well after your inspection is complete and happy to answer questions that you may have re-garding the report and the components.
