Five Star Cooperative is member owned, the members share in the profits of the cooperative. Excess profits, or margins, are used to maintain and improve our facilities and equipment to ensure the service is the very best possible. When margins build, profits are distributed back to the membership in the form of patronage dividends. This puts cash back into commnities and businesses. We have a history of decades of paying patronage to our members. Patronage dividends are allocated with respect to purchases.
