In 1989 Rob Moorman started working full time in the transportation area with five semis. At this time we were hauling grain and some bulk feed ingredients such as poultry and feather meals.
In 1994 Moorman Farms Incorporated with fifteen trucks and by this time had a firm customer base including ADM, AMPRO, CARGILL, CONAGRA, DOANE PRODUCTS, GRIFFIN (consisting of 12 plants) HANSEN MUELLER, LAND-O-LAKES, LANSING GRAIN, MID-CENTRAL, MID-SOUTH, PILLSBURY/NABISCO, PURINA, and several other customers.
Today we operate 27 trucks, our drivers haul bakery feed, lime, and Hazmat freight to our dedicated customers.
Our corporate headquarters is located in Utica, KY. Where we house our on-site shop, and office staff A/P, A/R, Dispatch, Driver Retention, and Safety.
