I began in the investigative field in 1964 when I was with the United States Air Force in the investigation section of Air Police Special Units. After my time with the USAF, I became an investigator for insurance companies which led to a position as supervisor and manager of claims where I investigated cases.
In 1977, I began work at a law firm handling sign-ups, witness statements, and photographing scenes of accidents. I additionally founded Serving by Irving after a process server returned papers to me because he could not find the address 350 Fifth Avenue, which is the address of the Empire State Building.
Since that time, Serving by Irving has become widely recognized as the crème de la crème of the process serving business.
