The Neuro Vitality Center, formerly known as the Stroke Recovery Center, provides state-of-the-art rehabilitation, treatment and support for those living with Strokes, TBI, Parkinson's and MS.
Our mission is to improve the quality of life of these individuals and their families through community-centered care, support, education and research. We begin where others leave off and believe "fun" is a part of healing.
The Center offers community programs designed to reach those in need of our services in all areas of the Coachella Valley. Our Hispanic outreach program is supported by a Spanish-speaking therapist.
We are located at 2800 East Alejo Road, Palm Springs, CA 92262.
