We specialize in providing in-home, personal care to seniors. This type of essential service is prescribed by a physician's care plan. It may include assistance with grooming, bathing, transferring and meal preparation. All services are assessed by a case manager and supervised by Registered Nurses. Daily care is provided by certified home care aides. We also offer case management, Senior Companions, long term care ombudsman and a family caregiver program. As the major financial supporter for the senior centers in our 10-county area, we assist seniors in signing up for the Meals on Wheels program and provide funding for this program.
