Duckham Architecture and Interiors is a mid-size architectural practice specializing in the design of fine custom residences, including additions and renovations.
We have successfully completed more than 300 projects in the 12 years since the firm’s inception. Almost all of our projects are the result of referrals from satisfied clients.
We work in close collaboration with our clients, understanding their program requirements and providing them with solutions that are based on our regional experience and knowledge at building quality design throughout the building phases of construction.
Our design work is led by Kent Duckham. His thoughtfulness to his clients and the projects are implemented early in the design phase as the creative process begins to take shape. The office provides a project team that is maintained throughout the project and is supplemented early in the design process, by engineers and other specialty consultants. Our staff has high standards and working procedures that allow projects to move forward successfully.
Our designs achieve a balanced mix of forms and richly articulated detail and utilize simple natural materials in a creative way. Our work embodies elements that show a deep appreciation of tradition and the environment, while also reflecting a fresh and modern approach.
