Our food is prepared fresh from scratch in our own kitchen by a staff whose #1 goal is to make sure you leave happy. We use only the finest lean meats and trim them twice—before and after the seasoning and cooking process. Our technique of closed pit cooking imparts flavors that simply cannot be matched by other methods. Steaks are cut daily from only fresh, top quality USDA grain fed western beef. If you don’t believe us, give us a call and we’ll show you ourselves! Our baby back ribs are narrow Danish cut and our shrimp are hand-peeled and hand-breaded for a superior taste. And be sure to try our John Wayne Burger: a ½ pound char-burger with all the fixings! Or when you’re looking for something light, stop by our salad bar with its fresh and local produce plus our own homemade dressings.
