Our History: The Audino Family
In 1988 Mr. Audino’s father past away. His mother, needing help with activities of daily living, moved to an assisted-living community. Whenever Mr. Audino would visit her – and her new group of friends – they would all comment on how nice it was to live in a place where they felt safe, comfortable and cared for.
Inspired by his Mother, Mr. Audino with son Norman, poured his time and energy into renovating the one-time Levy Mill complex on Austin Avenue into a Senior Living Community. In 1997 Cortland Place's doors opened and a vibrant senior community emerged.
Cortland Place offers Independent & Assisted Living, Respite, Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation, Long Term and Alzheimer's & Dementia Care.
