Family House is a non-profit organization that provides a convenient and affordable “home away from home” for patients and their caregivers who must travel to Pittsburgh for medical treatment. Family House serves over 14,000 guests annually. Our four homes located in the Oakland and Shadyside areas of Pittsburgh offer the comforts of home and convenience to loved ones at affordable rates. Whether here for cancer treatments, trauma, or transplants, our staff and volunteers give families the peace-of-mind to focus on the care of those closest to them.
