Just to name a few, we offer horseback riding lessons, trail rides, carriage ride tours, clay shooting, fishing, cooking classes, mixology class, wine tastings, and campfire evenings beneath the breathtaking starry sky.
Dine in our Forbes Travel Guide Five-star restaurant featuring fresh produce picked from our USDA certified organic farms. Our organic farms and greenhouses produce over 400 fruits and vegetables. We offer complimentary continental breakfast consisting of warm baked pastries, freshly squeezed juice, fresh fruit, yogurt and granola, and coffee. A full breakfast menu is also available at an additional charge. For lunch, dine in our restaurant or explore the property with a packed picnic at your leisure. Dinner consists of a 5 or 7 course tasting menu with wine pairings provided by our in-house sommelier. All dietary requests can be accommodated and a vegetarian tasting menu is always available. You may also choose to have dinner brought to you and dine within the comfort of your hacienda.
