Although a relatively new course, Owasso GAC is in excellent condition. The terrain is primarily flat, but ponds and creeks are factors for thirteen of the holes. Hundreds of young trees are growing and will continue to add to the beauty and difficulty of the courses through the years. The greens are large, steeply sloped and quick. Approach shots which leave the golfer with a downhill or sidehill putt, always raise the possibility of a three-putt. Approach shots which are long present the golfer with a difficult chip from a severe downslope to a quick green which often slopes away from the shot. Five sets of tees adapt the course to different skill levels, offering a challenge to both low and high handicap golfers.
