We are a local CPA firm of over 30 people located in Amarillo, Texas. We prepare tax returns, financial statements and audits for everything from doctors offices to grocery stores and distribution centers to contruction companies, large and small, to manufacturing companies to lumber yards to banks. We have been in the same offices since 1994 and have clients as far way as California and Wyoming.
Obviously we are smart. We have people that graduated from such schools as the University of Arizona, Texas Tech, Texas, Oklahoma, WTAMU and Duke. And we plan to stay that way. All CPAs are required to attend 40 hours of qualified education every year. Our CPAs average closer to 50 hours per year. But what sets us apart is that we know businesses are run by people. People that need to send their kids to college. People that want to retire at certain stage of their life. People that care about what happens to the business when they are gone. People that care about the welfare of their employees.
For those reasons, among others, we perform other services, such as employee benefits planning and administration, budgets and projections, business valuation services, business succession planning, litigation support as well as mergers and acquisitions.
