RESIDENTIAL HOME INSPECTION

The residential home inspection last for 2-3 hours depending on the size and age of the home. All accessible areas will be thoroughly inspected. Within hours after the inspection you will receive a 33 pages long computer generated report, with detailed explanations and pictures of all the findings. The inspection includes exterior, roof, siding, foundation, garage, attic, basement, crawlspace, ventilation, heating & cooling, electrical system, plumbing, windows, fireplace and much more.


COMMERCIAL INSPECTION

Commercial inspections typically includes roofing, exteriors, structure, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVAC systems, interiors, restrooms, parking and walking surfaces. The report will include recommendations for maintenance, repair and component replacement as needed.
The time line and fees for a commercial inspection is more diffuse, since there is a much bigger variety in commercial buildings.


RADON TESTING

The radon test is a 48 hour sample test of the air in the lowest area in your property. You will get the radon test result 48 hours after the test has ended.


ASBESTOS TESTING

A piece of the suspected asbestos building material will be sent to the laboratory. Asbestos results will be expected within 3-4 days.
