Candy making is our passion. Three generations of Burkes have worked for over 70 years producing small batches of gourmet confections daily. Current owners Tim and Julia Burke have run Burke Candy for almost 20 years, continuing a tradition that started when the company was founded by Tim's grandfather. Here at Burke, we strive to produce the best, most appealing and most delicious gourmet candy and ingredients with great customer service. We know that once you have tasted our gourmet candies you will come back again and again.
One of our specialties is our Grandmother Reilly's Chocolates products, based on the recipes of owner Julia's own grandmother. Grandmother Reilly's Chocolates include chocolate-dipped caramels, toffee, truffles, turtles (which we've named "Flying Ts" after how fast they fly off the shelf) and candy cane chocolates. And if you aim to produce your own confections, we also manufacture and sell high quality ingredients for gourmet candy production.
