Filtration Solutions, Inc. (FSI) offers quality filters and engineered systems for treatment of the following applications: cooling tower water; mixed end-of-pipe oily wastewater; rolling, drawing & casting wastewater; aqueous cleaner and rinse water; pigment and ink washwater and fluids; air compressor condensate; cosmetic wastewater; mop water; rainwater run-off; oil refinery process water; oil well produced water; bilge water; machine coolant waste; food processing wastewater and cleaners.
FSI offers the complete spectrum of membrane filtration, from micro-filtration (MF), ultra-filtration (UF), nano-filtration (NF), to Reverse Osmosis (RO). Additionally, FSI offers standard and engineered integrated systems employing multi-media filters, activated carbon adsorbers, softeners, de-mineralizers, ion exchangers, de-alkalizers, dewatering screens, self-cleaning screen filters (strainers) that are specific to an application or installation. Also, ozone oxidation and UV sterilization as a post-treatment for membrane filtration can be included. Systems can be manual or configured for automatic control.
Water filtration and treatment allow water sources such as surface waters or underground water to be used where raw water quality would normally not meet required standards. Wastewater filtration and treatment can recycle a processed fluid for reuse or to be safely discharged in compliance to federal, state and local requirements. This can reduce plant water expenses and haul-away costs, as well as reduce environmental impact and minimize exposure.
