Licensed by the NC Department of Health and Human Services, Carobell offers both residential (ICF/IDD) and community based services at our Hubert location. In addition, we offer community based services through Station Club Enterprise in Morehead City.
Services offered to individuals in the community include:
Community Living Facilities and Supports (Formally ADVP)
Respite - Periodic Support and Relief for primary caregivers of individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities).
Community Living and Supports - Personal Care: supports, supervision and engaging participation with eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and other aspects of daily living. (This service does not support medical transportation.)
In addition, Carobell is a certified Innovations Waiver I/DD provider. We have been accredited by CARF since 2009.
